Diego Cerro

Diego, originally from Argentina, is a former professional soccer player who holds a USSF A-License. Diego began his professional Playing career at the age of 18 in his native Argentina .

Diego's fourteen year playing career has allowed him to have many experience in the first division of five different countries (Argentina, USA, Mexico, El Salvador, Honduras).

Playing for Newell's Old Boys under Marcelo Bielsa, and Argentinos Jr. He also had a stint with the Argentina U18 National Team.

Diego's coaching career began with the Jacksonville Cyclones of the A-League (Pro-Team). Since then, Diego has worked as a Director of Coaching and head coach of several Development Academy and ECNL teams at Colorado Storm and Rapids. he spent 17 years with Colorado Storm and 6 years with Colorado Rapids Youth soccer club as a Director of Coaching , Recruitment & Development.

Diego's married to his wife Viviana, and have a son Ian.
